Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Due to limited availability, the following booking rules apply to all services.
 

Booking Window

Appointments cannot be booked less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
 

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
 

Rescheduling

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled once.

For the 12-week coaching program, up to three sessions may be rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice during the program period.

Rescheduling must be completed through the booking system.
 

Workshops

Workshop bookings are final.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.
 

Organizer Cancellation

If a session or workshop must be cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either a rescheduled session or a full refund.
