Body & Mild - The 12-Week Signature Program
To begin, you are invited to book a 20-minute Discovery Call.
This initial conversation allows us to explore your goals, current challenges, and expectations — and to determine whether this program is the right fit for you. It is a space for clarity, not pressure.
If we both decide to move forward, the enrollment is confirmed through a signed agreement and payment.
This is a structured, high-touch coaching process designed to create lasting change — not through restriction, but through clarity, consistency, and deeper self-understanding.
1. Preparation
After enrollment, you receive a detailed intake questionnaire and are asked to complete a short nutritional journal.
This allows me to understand your habits, daily rhythms, stress patterns, digestion, training background, and your relationship with food before we even sit down together.
2. 90-Minute Initial Consultation
Our first session is a comprehensive deep dive.
We go through your history, clarify your goals, identify recurring patterns, and define a realistic direction forward.
This is where conscious goal-setting begins — not based on pressure, but on alignment.
3. Personalized Structure
Following the consultation, you receive:
– a personalized nutrition plan
– tailored training recommendations
– clear weekly focus points
But this is not just about a meal plan or workout structure.
We work on your habits at their root — why you snack, how you respond to stress, what movement represents in your life, and how your routines either support or sabotage your progress.
4. Weekly Coaching & Continuous Refinement
We meet once a week for 60 minutes.
Between sessions, you have message support.
You are always welcome to reach out with questions, concerns, or reflections throughout the process. We will celebrate every milestone and meaningful step forward together.
Each week we refine your plan, adjust where necessary, and address both the practical and psychological layers of change.

Why I created the Body & Mild project
Self-love and a healthy connection with our body have become trendy, yet creating this balance in our everyday relationship to ourselves can feel difficult. We are surrounded by unrealistic beauty standards, AI-generated and heavily edited pictures, and we tend to believe that beauty means being flawless and glamorous, having a perfectly flat belly, and basically staying forever young. And this affects us from a very early age - no wonder that so many teenagers struggle with body image issues.

I’ve been there, too. And sometimes I still am.
I was never dramatically overweight. But from my early teenage years, my relationship with my body had a significant impact on my life.
Just like a lot of other girls, I kept chasing unrealistic beauty standards. Growing up in a family where physical performance was the norm didn't make it easier. My father was a physical education teacher, and my mother was a former athlete and regular runner. When it came to me, the contrast was disappointing: I was clumsy, slow, and never naturally gifted in sports.

Body & Mild events in Budapest are small-group lifestyle workshops designed to help you take the first steps toward a sustainable and balanced way of living. Hosted in the heart of Budapest (District V), these Saturday morning gatherings bring together learning, connection, and nourishing food in an intimate setting of just 3–6 participants.
Taking place in a private apartment, the program includes two interactive workshop sessions, a relaxed brunch, and a hands-on healthy dessert preparation where we also calculate its nutritional values together. The goal is not restrictive dieting or extreme approaches, but building a realistic and lasting lifestyle that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
